SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy is for Northern Tundra Creations and was last updated on 03/18/2023. 

Shipping is configured by Printify and therefore my change outside of our control. 

Standard (5-8 Business Days): $10- $20

Express (3 Business Says): $25 - $35

International Shipping: 

International Standard Shipping (2-4 weeks): $30

International Express (1-2 Weeks): $45

Orders are processes within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

After an order is submitted, processing will begin and the order may not be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us. 

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) form the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. 

Northern Tundra Creations is not liable for the lost or damages product after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

-Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restricted on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment ma require a different shipping method.
